The item shipped super fast and i had it within a couple of days. I have been using them almost every day since i got them. They're great new headphones, however i've even done a firmware update on them (almost as soon as i got them) and even after the firmware update the ANC has not been working very well. i even got muted on a call during a meeting when they stated, "you had a buncha background noise" even though i was sitting in a private phone booth at my office, so not sure what that was.
